Eighteen teams were at the Eureka Invitational Track and Field meet April 19 at Grant Crutchley Field.

Tristan Bircham of the Vandals won the shot put event and was second in the discus.

The Lady Vandals swept the first four places in the shot put behind Melissa Schweble, Alia Minoletti, Skylar Merritt and Ilyhia Greely and Greely won the discus as well.

Isabella Minoletti won both the long jump and the triple jump. She is the 1A girls state leader in both events.

This week the Vandal teams compete at the White Pine Invitational on Friday.
