Balance Beam Healing to host Hot Springs Retreats

Local business Balance Beam Healing is set to host a Hot Springs Retreat on Aug. 22-24 and Sept. 26-28. 

Owner Josie Hoekenga is dedicated to creating a one-stop retreat for people to not only learn about their energy journey but how to heal through meditative guidance. The retreat represents an escape from everyday life stresses to enjoy a relaxing meditation retreat at Hot Springs Ranch, Eureka, Nevada, and offers different price points to suit everyone’s financial needs.

The retreat will offer rustic cabin accommodations, access to the hot springs, soaking tubs and pools, a yoga deck, disc golf course and delicious home-cooked meals. 

Participants of the retreat can expect guided meditations, mindfulness practices, nature walks, sound bath and soak, and group reflections, all to help guide energy cleansing, 

Pricing for the retreat is divided between three separate tiers. Budget (tent) is $350. Standard (dorm room) is $450, and deluxe (private queen) is $550. Price breakdown includes healing and meditations: $200, food/ facility: $100, and accommodation: $25 per night for tent, $75 per night for shared dorm, $125 per night for private sunroom queen bed.
