Crescent Valley Fun Days kicked off at 10 a.m. on June 21 and saw a good turnout with games overseen by Tracy Moylan; and a bounce house, burgers and hot dogs grilled by Deputy Nick Collins. The EMS service with EMTs Brent Jones and Adam Barron were on site, as well as the Crescent Valley Historical Society and the Pastor and his wife of the Baptist Church. Nevada Gold Mines also had a booth.

Children enjoyed games and prizes. Lunch served by Town Board members, Diana Kersey and Jeremy Rice and secretary, Christine Tucker, and volunteers, was enjoyed by all. The raffle drawings and ice cream were delayed due to the surprise visit of extremely high winds that caused the immediate wrap-up of the event as booths and bounce house were no match for the gales. Raffle winners will be announced.
