Eureka Conservation District offering college scholarships for local students

In hopes of encouraging graduating seniors within the county to continue their education, the Eureka Conservation District announced they will be offering a scholarship opportunity for those interested. This scholarship will assist students in their education, with preference given to students pursuing agriculture or natural-resource-related degrees, though all fields are welcomed to apply. 

In order to qualify for the scholarship, the student must:

• Reside or have resided in Eureka, and or be graduating from Eureka County High School. (Residency exemptions apply to students located in Duckwater, Crescent Valley, Pine Valley and home-schooled students within these areas.) 
• High school students MUST be eligible for graduation to qualify for the scholarship. 

Scholarships are also available to students currently attending college.
