Eureka County offering free dump days during May

Free Dump Days will be offered at Eureka Landfill and Crescent Valley Laydown Yard every Saturday during the month of May during landfill operation hours. Valid Free Dump Days are May 3, 10, 17, 24 and 31.

Acceptable (free) waste items include organic waste, appliances, scrap metal, tires, car bodies, construction debris and furniture. Tires are accepted, but tires with rims, cement or dirt will be charged $150 per tire. Unacceptable items include household waste, dead animals, hazardous waste, pull trailers / fifth wheels and campers. Those items will be denied.
