Eureka group’s ‘An Irish Christmas Concert’ to bring holiday spirit to Elko

The Elko  community will be treated to a lively celebration of Celtic music and holiday cheer as 2 Blokes and a Squeezebox, an acclaimed musical group from Eureka, Nevada, presents “An Irish Christmas Concert” on Dec. 19 at the Elko Convention Center,

The Eureka-based ensemble of Ralph Cuda and Mike Mears, well known throughout the region for its exceptional musical talent and engaging performances, will bring a spirited blend of guitar, accordion and traditional Irish folk influences to the holiday stage. Their unique sound has earned them a strong following across northeastern Nevada, where they are praised for both their musicianship and their ability to connect with audiences. 

The concert will also feature guest performers Antonio Ricafort, Ivy Cuda and Doug Dickover, each contributing their own instrumental expertise to round out the evening’s festive program. Their combined talents promise a dynamic and varied performance that highlights Celtic tradition. 

The event is scheduled for 6 p.m. at the Elko Convention Center, inviting residents and visitors alike to enjoy a warm, family-friendly evening of music during the holiday season.
