Eureka Opera House to host CCW class

Eureka Opera House will host a Carry a Concealed Weapon (CCW) class on Dec. 14. at 8 a.m. CCW instructor Len Lake will administer both full-day and renewal classes to those interested. The renewal class will be released around noon after range qualifying, and the full CCW permits classroom portion begins at 1 p.m., with class concluding at 5 p.m. Participants are required to bring hearing protection, safety glasses, 50 rounds of ammunition and a holster for their weapon of choice. The practical portion of the class will be held at Perdiz Range, rain or shine. Participants are strongly urged to dress appropriately. You must prepay for your spot in the class. The cost is $100 for a full day and $70 for a half-day renewal course. To prepay, participants can venmo to @LLake3875 and note half-day or full day on payment. Participants have the option to Zelle or pay cash at the door. USCCA Concealed-Carry booklets will be available for purchase.
