Jim Humphrey

James Lee Humphrey of Eureka Nevada, passed away Sept. 19, 2014 in Newman. He was 77. Mr Humphrey was a native of Phillip, South Dakota. He was a ranch hand and cowboy his whole life.

He is survived by his wife of 33 years, Nancy Humphrey; a son, Scott (Teri) Humphrey of Burnt Ranch; two daughters, Nancy (Ben) Mendonca and Jody (Vic) Freitas, both of Newman; a step-daughter, Terri (Ed) Lee of Arizona; eight grandchildren and one-great-grandchild. He also leaves behind numerous friends and relatives in Phillip, South Dakota.

He is preceded in death by his father, William Humphrey and his mother, Druzella “Rosie” Lejeune both of Phillip, South Dakota.
