Dear Editor,

Once again, Representative Mark Amodei has betrayed his constituents when he voted yes to fund 5 million illegal aliens. And, once again, our Rino (Republican in name only) swore to uphold the Constitution of the United States, yet defied the Constitution and voted with “Obama’s globalist, socialists agenda.” Eighteen million Americans are out of work, losing their homes, as the United States attains the status of a third world country. Our college graduates cannot find employment, and many retirees are barely paying the bills, and supporting/housing adult children that can no longer earn a decent income.

The people in the U.S. recently voted against Obama’s policies by ousting the democrats in office. The Republicans in the house hold the purse strings (spending of funds) and in disgrace voted to support our now appointed King. The rule of law is decimated; the king (president) has usurped Congresses’ power to make the laws. The worst part is that rather than hold Obama accountable for his unconstitutional legalization of illegal emigrants, the house, along with Amodei’s blessing, handed the king the power to make law, thus encouraging more illegals to deplete our resources.

Furthermore, what about the American people? Who will look after them? Well, we know that Mark Amodei will be looking out for the illegals, and if he is not removed from office, then we will only see more of our taxes and hard earned benefits squandered.
The CRomnibus bill that Amodei voted yes to not only funds Obama’s illegal amnesty, but also, according to Numbers USA (amnesty watch group) declared that, “The vote for giant spending bill also removed most leverage for killing amnesty later.” We, the people, must fight to reinstate our Constitution and force the traitors like Amodei out of office.

In summation, every Nevadan citizen should hold him accountable for his voting record to fund illegal amnesty, destroying the Constitution by not defunding Obama’s war on Americans, which is only congresses, power (but not anymore). Mark Amodei does not care that Obama’s executive action “violated the U.S. Constitution’s guarantee of separation of powers and the separate ‘take care clause,’ which requires the president to faithfully execute laws passed by Congress.” We must call/write (1-202-224-3121) Amodei and make him uphold the laws in our country, and we must insist that he do his job. Next, we must vote him out of office. He is a cancer to our Constitution and our Republic.
