Missoula Children’s Theater is bringing “Blackbeard the Pirate,” a play adapted by Micheal McGill, to the Eureka Opera House on June 28.
Children six years and older are encouraged to audition for the play, with auditions starting at 10 a.m. on June 23 and rehearsals following 15 minutes after auditions. Students will be expected to stay the entire two-hour session, to get as much practice as they can.
Rehearsals will be held daily from 10 a.m. to 2:15 p.m. at the Eureka Opera House. All cast members must be available for the show time. It’s strongly encouraged to bring a snack or pack a lunch for rehearsals. Students will receive a 15-minute break during the rehearsals. The official show is slated for June 28 at 6 p.m.
The day of the show, adult tickets are set to $10 at the door. Seniors will be $7 and kids under 10 are free.
