Obituary

Robert Dinwiddie of Eureka passed away Aug. 20, 2016 after a short illness.  Robert Dean Dinwiddie was born in Denair California to Gary White and Ruby Hayes Dinwiddie on July 3, 1931.

He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Roberta (Bobbi) Beam Dinwiddie; one sister Marilyn (William) Kennedy of Stockton CA; two sons Roland James (Raylene) Bloom of Draper Utah and Gary Lorenzo (Andrea) Dinwiddie of Taylorsville Utah; foster son Robert James (Beverly) Terhune of Ely, Nevada; step daughter Burnest Estelle’ Hahn-Klepin (Shawn) of Leander, Texas.

Robert is also survived by uncountable friends in Eureka and Ely and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and in-laws.

A service conducted by the Eureka VFW will be held Sept. 10 at 11 a.m. followed by a luncheon for friends and family in the Eureka Opera House.
