  • Automatic Renewal: UNLESS YOU CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION PRIOR TO THE END OF YOUR CURRENT BILLING CYCLE, YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW FOR THE SAME PERIOD, AND THE APPLICABLE SUBSCRIPTION FEE WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY CHARGED TO YOUR DESIGNATED PAYMENT METHOD.
  • Price Changes: We reserve the right to change our subscription fees at any time. In the event of a price change, we will provide you with reasonable prior notice, and the new fees will apply to your next billing cycle. Your continued use of the subscription service after the price change takes effect constitutes your agreement to the new fees.

8. Cancellation of Subscription

ANY RELIANCE ON THE CONTENT OF THE WEBSITE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Website shall be instituted exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of such courts.

The Eureka Sentinel reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Website, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to your breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Website will immediately cease. 

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and The Eureka Sentinel with respect to the Website and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and The Eureka Sentinel.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
