William Bee Ririe Hospital and Rural Health offers sports physicals

William Bee Ririe Hospital and Rural Health Eureka Clinic is offering sports physicals to students in sixth through 12th grade. Physicals must be scheduled between June 16 and July 18. Parents are required to accompany students under the age of 18. There is no cost to patients, but insurance will be billed following the appointment.

To schedule an appointment, call (775) 237-5642. Sports physicals are strictly reserved for physicals. Appointment does not include immunizations, wellness checks, illness screenings or prescription refills. Patients need to schedule a separate appointment for those services.
