Eureka County Juvenile Probation and Eureka Volunteer Fire Department held the Steve Auch Invitational Youth Wrestling Tournament over President’s Day weekend on Feb. 16, and the community came out for a competitive time. Local youth from kindergarten through sixth grade headed  to the Eureka County Vandal Athletic Center (New Gym) and competed with other local youth. 

Weigh-ins began at 9 a.m. and tournament T-shirts were handed to the first 100 participants while supplies lasted. Several county employees volunteered to assist with the event, providing a fun and competitive time for the young wrestlers.
